Manufactured tough
To withstand the
harshest of environments whether you're on the water, trailering or storing your
motor, Tough Duck uses two tried and proven marine materials:
Tough Duck 'Original' - Softouch is a combination of an acrylic coated woven polyester and a soft non woven backer of 100% polyester. The fabric is 11 oz., giving it extreme toughness and tear resistance, along with UV, and mildew protection. This fabric with it's non woven backing gives a scratch resistant softness that Protects sensitive gel coats, painted surfaces and delicate objects. Odyssey Softouch does all this plus adds waterproofing as well. The perfect fabric to protect those expensive outboards while trailering and in storage or simply mooring at the dock.
Tough Duck 'Ultimate' - recommended for primary use around water - it represents the best in marine products. The Sunbrella fabric is known throughout the industry for it's exceptional quality. At 10oz. per square yard, this fabric is tough but soft at the same time. It is made from 100% solution dyed acrylic fibre making it UV, dust and water-resistant. While keeping these qualities, it is a breathable fabric
Designed with style
Tough Duck covers are designed to
fit your particular make and size of motor. Tough Duck has e created covers to
fit most sizes of engines from the leading manufacturers like Honda®, Yamaha®,
Mercury®, Mariner®, Johnson®, Evinrude®, Suzuki® and Nissan®. Our
covers are available in HALF (for use while
the boat is moored) and COMBO (for use in both trailering and while moored or
stored applications). We also make STERN
DRIVE covers that allow for full protection of stern drive legs.

All of the Tough Duck Covers are custom made and it takes about 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
At the present time Tough Duck does not manufacture lower end covers for jet outboard motors.

A new product, February 2002, by Tough Duck.
"Introducing the Cozy-Cab, the first “Personal Protective Shelter”,
specifically designed to protect operator or passenger of tiller and side
console fishing boats from sea spray, cold, rainy and windy conditions.
Frame and fabric feature a unique spring tension system enabling the unit to
set up or retract in seconds. Reinforcement panels sewn into the fabric
verticals eliminates bias stretching commonly associated with marine
fabrics, thus, enabling the Cozy-Cab to withstand high speeds in excess of
65 m.p.h. Easy to use Snap-Fast fasteners provide a positive lock to the
floor of the boat. This fully collapsible unit quickly stores into a
convenient carrying bag for easy on board storage.

This heavy-duty carry bag offers your outboard the maximum in protection. Constructed from a durable black polyester fabric with a soft non-woven backer - protecting your motor from unsightly scratches and nicks. Tough Duck Retriever Duck Pricing
This easy to use system allows for boaters to moor their boats away from the shore, and in seconds pull their boat into shore for re-boarding. You will never have to worry about scratching the delicate surface of your boat again or have to chase that moving tide to keep your boat safe
This easy to use system can be mastered by anyone. It's as simple as attaching the chain and buoy to your anchor or weight, then, using the quick snap connector, attach the Retriever Duck to your boat, and motor or pull yourself to shore. Hop off your boat, let go, and the Retriever Duck will pull the boat out to safe water. To leave, simply pull the boat in, board the boat and it will get pulled back into deep water, disconnect the Retriever Duck and go boating. With the bright colored buoy left at your anchor spot, its easy to find when you return and its ready to use again. Mooring made easy!
